Отключите отрицательную клемму аккумуляторной батареи
ВниманиеCheck that the bearing cap nuts are tightened to 2 m.daN
Снять крышку головки блока цилиндров вместе с прокладкой
ПримечаниеThis operation is carried out on each valve in turn
Повернуть кулачок затылочной частью к толкателю и замерить зазор "J"
Note the clearance measured
If the clearance "J" noted is incorrect, adjust the clearance
Valve clearance adjustment with engine cold
Place a cam on its back, with the tappet slot "a" on the injector side
Установите приспособление [1]
Screw the rod "b" of tool [1] in order to push the tappet "c" as far as it will go in the cylinder head
Insert a thin screwdriver into the slot "a" in order to take out the adjustment shim (1)
Измерьте толщину "EP" регулировочной прокладки (1)
Determine the thickness of the adjustment shim (1) to be fitted (посмотреть характеристики)
ВниманиеAfter any work on the cylinder head (camshaft, tappet, valve replacement or valve grinding), fit 1 mm thick adjustment shims (EP = 3,20)
ВниманиеСоблюдать правильное направление регулировки регулировочных колец: thickness inscription towards the bottom
Fit the adjustment shim determined to the tappet
Check that the adjustment shim (1) is correctly fitted onto the tappet
Снять приспособление [1]
Adjust the other valves in the same way
Проверьте и при необходимости отрегулируйте зазоры клапанов
Установите крышку головки блока цилиндров с новым уплотнением (при необходимости)
Затянуть болты моментом 1 дН.м
Подключите отрицательную клемму аккумуляторной батареи
