The new discs may be fitted to vehicles prior to serial number 90 883 598
Drilling the flange
This operation will allow accurate adjustment of the brakes on disc brakes without drilled flanges
Remove both rear brake discs
On the bench, position the chamfered securing holes (2) and (3) in the 7 O'CLOCK position

- A line corresponding to a segment (a b) at a tangent to the wheel bolt holes (4), (5)
- The point (c) corresponding to the centre of the segment (a b)

- A line passing through point (c) and the centre of the wheel bolt hole (6)
- A point (d) at 25,5 mm from point (c)
Drill at (d)
- A 6 mm diameter pilot hole
- A 10 mm diameter hole and deburr it
Refit the brake discs

Position the blank's grip (B) at right angles to the centre line passing through the centre of the disc and the centre of the hole (A)
