• New gear control rod with cylindrical section relay lever ball housing (B) with TEFLON bush instead of square section
• New relay lever mounted in metal bushes instead of plastic

Fitting recommendations

Адаптация нового варианта монтажа (до 90894727)

To fit the metal bushes (11) in place of the plastic bushes

• Make two chamfers (C) and (D), approximately 1 mm, in the steering rack using tool (7).0327 W
• Fit the new top bush using a 60 mm long 6 mm diameter bolt and 2 plain washers
• Fit the bottom bush in the same way
• Offer up the metal spacer (12) and check that it slides freely

Fit the relay lever in the correct order
