Replacement of brake pads with TEVES calipers
Снятие
Удалить из бачка главного тормозного цилиндра часть тормозной жидкости
Отсоединить провода сигнализаторов износа тормозных колодок
Снимите шпильку (1)
Снять
- 2 колпаков 2
- 2 шпильки(-ек)
Push back the piston with the worn pad
Remove the caliper by pulling it forwards
Вынуть тормозные колодки
- The inner pad (3) is clipped inside the piston
- The outer pad (4) is glued to the caliper
Установка на место
Проверить визуально
- The sealing and movement of the piston
- Износ диска
Заменить неисправные детали (при необходимости)
Clean around the piston, the caliper and the brake disc with a suitable solvent
Вставить поршень на место в скобу
Clean the piston correctly
Поднимите защитный элемент
Glue the exterior pad to the caliper
Clip the inner pad in the piston
Pass the wear indicator lead into the caliper
Refit the caliper to the disc
Затянуть болты моментом 3 н.м
Refit the 2 protective caps
Установите на место шпильку (1)
Снова подсоединить провод индикатора износа
Нажать несколько раз на педаль тормоза
Maintain the pedal depressed for at least 15 seconds in order to ensure adhesion of the pads
Проверить уровень тормозной жидкости и при необходимости долить ее
