Рекомендуемое оборудование

[1] rear anti-roll bar lever extractor bolt 4514-T.F (комплект инструментов 4502-T)

[2] 3 piece assembly for 4606-TH2 rear anti-roll bar fitting (комплект инструментов 4502-T)

Снятие

Поднять и закрепить автомобиль с вывешенными колесами

Снять колеса

С левой стороны

Снять

• The plastic plug (1)
• The fixing screw (2) of the lever

Установите приспособление [1], screw the tool until the anti-roll bar lever has been extracted

Снять уплотнитель (3)

С правой стороны

Снять

• The plastic plug
• The fixing screw (5) of the lever

Drive the lever unit and the anti-roll bar from the L.H. side to the RH side

Снять уплотнитель

На верстаке

Установите приспособление [1], screw the tool until the anti-roll bar lever has been extracted

Clean the teeth of the levers and of the anti-roll bar

Установка

Equip the levers with a new seal

Задний стабилизатор поперечной устойчивости: Очистить резьбовые отверстия при помощи метчика M8x125 grease the teeth

Couple the left lever (6) with the anti-roll bar (7) by aligning the "a" reference with the "b" shaft in the slot of the lever

Установите приспособление [2]

Tighten the nut [2a] until the end of the bar is in full lock in the lever (6), while preventing the stem [2b] from turning

Снять приспособление [2]

Screw temporarily, in the anti-roll bar, a M8x125-20 screw

С левой стороны

Установите

• The anti-roll bar in the cross member tube
• Болт (2) затяните моментом 3,5 дН.м

С правой стороны

Установите

• The RH lever (6) by orienting it so that it aligns the slotted hole with fixing hole of the screw (5)
• Приспособление [2]
• Болт (5) (не затягивая)

Progressively tighten the nut [2a] of the tool [2] stop tightening when the lever is in contact with the shim

Снять приспособление [2]

Установите заглушки (1) и (4)

Затяните болт (5) моментом 3,5 дН.м

Опустите автомобиль на землю
