Идентификация

Давление в контуре гидроусилителя рулевого управления: 80 - 85 бар

Заправка и прокачка

Fill the power-assisted steering reservoir (1), located in the boot, with DEXRON II specification fluid

Remove the blank (2) from the bleed pipe

Add fluid to the power-assisted steering reservoir (1) until it flows out of the bleed pipe

Установить заглушку (2)

Operate the power-assisted steering pump for approximately 30 seconds

Stop the power-assisted steering pump

Remove the blank (2) until fluid flows out and top up the power-assisted steering reservoir (1)

Operate the power-assisted steering pump again

Медленно переместить рулевое колесо туда-обратно от упора до упора

Stop the power-assisted steering pump

Remove the blank (2) until fluid flows out and top up the power-assisted steering reservoir (1)

Repeat the operation until all air bubbles in the power-assisted steering reservoir (1) disappear (immediate appearance of specific fluid when the blank is opened (2))

Fill the power-assisted steering reservoir (1) again

Снятие

Установить автомобиль на подъемник

Открепить трос стояночного тормоза

Снять

• The 3 mounting nuts of the power-assisted steering pump cover
• The power-assisted steering pump cover

Отвернуть гайку (5)

Tilt the pump (4) (в сторону)

Снять

• 2 гайки (6)
• Болт (7)

Slightly bring down the power steering pump and its support support with a lifting equipment

Disconnect the supply connector from the power-assisted steering pump

Установите приспособление [2] на шланг (8)

Снять хомут (9) с помощью приспособления [1]

Отсоедините шланг (8)

Отсоедините трубку высокого давления (3)

Remove the power steering pump and its support

Drain the oil contained in the pump

Снять

• 2 болтов (10)
• Насос усилителя рулевого управления

Установка

Refit the power-assisted steering pump to its support

Затянуть 10 болты моментом 1,4 дН.м

Support the power-assisted steering pump and support assembly с помощью подходящего подъемника

Connect the following components to the power-assisted steering pump

• Соединительный элемент шланга высокого давления (3) затяните моментом 2 дН.м
• Патрубок (8)

Установите хомут (9) с помощью приспособления [1]

Снять приспособление [2]

Установите

• The power-assisted steering pump and support assembly
• Болт (7) затяните моментом 1,6 дН.м
• 2 гайки (6) затяните моментом 1,6 дН.м

Reconnect the power-assisted steering pump supply connector

Прикрепить трос стояночного тормоза

Залить рабочую жидкость в систему гидроусилителя рулевого управления (см. соответствующую операцию)

Установите

• The power-assisted steering pump cover
• The 3 mounting nuts of the power-assisted steering pump cover
