Как снять и установить задний мост Citroen Saxo I

Снятие

Поднять и поставить на подпорки заднюю часть автомобиля. height of bumper 0,60 m

Снять

• Заднюю полку
• Запасное колесо с кронштейном
• The boot carpet and its soundproofing

Uncouple the (1) and (2) feed wires of the brake limiter

Снять

• Болты шарнира выпускной трубы
• The complete exhaust unit (3)
• Гайки (4)
• Теплозащитные экраны (5)

Ослабить гайку (6), чтобы ослабить тросы (7) стояночного тормоза disengage the (8) lug cables

Disconnect the ABS sensor wires (в зависимости от опции)

Unclip the antireturn valve on the tank

Place the jack at the centre of the cross beam установить давление

Снять

• Заглушки
• 4 болтов (10) rear axle fixing to body (2 in the boot and 2 under the back seats)

Плавно опустить тельфер. carefully detach the rear axle assembly rearward

Установка

Поставьте задний мост под автомобиль bring the "a" and "b" points into contact

Interpose the abutment washers (11) и (12)

Установить на место болты (10) (не затягивая)

Using a jack, position the "c" and "d" points

Fix the (13) bearing washer

Установить и затянуть болты (10) моментом 9 даН.м

Fix the blanks

Couple the (1) and (2) feed wires

Подключить датчики ABS (в зависимости от опции)

Clip the nonreturn valve on the tank

Couple and adjust the parking brake (7) cables (см. соответствующую операцию)

Установите

• Теплозащитные экраны (5)
• Гайки (4)

Refit the exhaust assembly

Продуть тормозную систему (см. соответствующую операцию)

Проверьте высоту кузова автомобиля (см. соответствующую операцию)
