[2] flexible hose and pressure gauge 4601-T.F1 (комплект инструментов 4601-T)

[3] flexible hose connection 4601-T.F2 (комплект инструментов 4601-T)

[4] ключ для регулировки вакуумного блока 4601-TH (комплект инструментов 4601-T)

Проверка контура разряжения

Отсоединить трубопровод разрежения (1) в "a"

Connect the tool [1] to the pipe (1)

Apply a 400 mm Hg vacuum pressure

If the value remains constant, the circuit is correct

If the value drops, do the inspection again directly on the vacuum capsule

Connect the tool [1] to the vacuum capsule (2)

Apply a 400 mm Hg vacuum pressure

If the value remains constant, exchange the hose (1)

If the value drops, replace the vacuum capsule (2)

Removing the vacuum capsule

Слить масло из коробки передач (см. соответствующую операцию)

Disconnect pipe (1) on vacuum capsule (2) side

Удалить стопор [3]

Loosen vacuum capsule (2) using tool [4]

Refitting the vacuum capsule

Lubricate the vacuum capsule (2) (black rubber)

Screw the vacuum capsule (2) by 3 turns using tool [4]

Поставить на место стопор (3)

Вновь подсоединить трубку (1)

Carry out the adjustment of vacuum capsule (2)

Vacuum capsule adjustment

Prior condition

• Герметичность контура разрежения в норме
• Температура рабочей жидкости бесступенчатой трансмиссии = 80 °C
• Трос педали акселератора правильно отрегулирован

Снимите болт (4) (oil running out)

Fit the connection [3] in place of the screw (4)

Connect the flexible hose [2] to the connection [3]

Залить в коробку передач масло и довести его до уровня (см. соответствующую операцию)

Move the selector lever to 2nd

Foot to the floor and brake at the same time to stabilise speed at 80 km/h

Давление должно составлять от 4,3 ± 0,1 бар

If pressure is not correct, carry out the adjustment of vacuum capsule (2) для этого

• Удалить стопор [3]
• Screw in or unscrew vacuum capsule (2) using tool [4]

Поставить на место стопор (3)

Test the adjustment to validate it

Снимите штуцер [3]

Установите болт (4)

Залить в коробку передач масло и довести его до уровня (см. соответствующую операцию)
