Снятие
Снять нижний рычаг (см. соответствующую операцию)
Position the arm on the abutment sleeve [2]
Press out the pivot ball-joint
Position the arm on the abutment sleeve [2]
Using drift [1], press out the front flexible bush
Hold the arm rear flexible bush in the vice
As the pin of this bush is screwed into the arm, remove it by turning the arm anti-clockwise
Установка
Use new flexible bushes and pivot ball-joint
Position the arm on the abutment sleeve [2]
Using the fitting drift [6], press the ball-joint into its housing
ВниманиеWhile positioning of the ball-joint, be careful not to damage the rubber protector
Fit the front flexible bush positioning jig [3] to the arm, using the rear bush fixing face as reference
Bring the two bolts on the jig in contact with the arm
Using the fitting drift [3], press the front flexible bush against the jig [1]
Coat the threads of the rear flexible bush pin with the E6 product
Using the fitting socket [7], tighten the pin to 7 m.daN
Fit the positioning guide [4] to the flexible bush
Fit the positioning guide [5] to the arm
Offer up the flexible bush to its pin with the two parts of the guide [5] in contact with each other
Coat the flexible bush pin with G6 grease
Ensure that the two parts of the guide are correctly aligned
Maitaining the alignment of the guides, press the flexible bush on to its pin up to the arm
Replace the lower arm (см. соответствующую операцию)
