The coolant outlet housings in aluminium, are replaced by coolant outlet housings in plastic
Старая конструкция
- The coolant outlet housing (1) is in aluminium alloy and has two coolant temperature sensor bosses
- Fixing is by 8 screws with captive washers
Новая конструкция
- The coolant outlet housing is in plastic and has only one coolant temperature sensor boss
- Fixing is by 8 flange screws
Precautions to be taken during removal
ВниманиеUsing a screwdriver at "a", between the hexagonal of the sensor and the face of the cylinder head, gradually lever off the coolant outlet housing
Затяжка
ВниманиеUse a torque spanner to prevent any risk of cracking the coolant outlet housing made of plastic
Момент затяжки
- Крепление выпускного блока охлаждающей жидкости = 0,8 ± 0,2 дН.м
- Зонд определить температуры охлаждающей жидкости в системе двигателя = 1,75 ± 0,35 дН.м
- Штуцеров для прокачки = 0,4 ± 0,1 дН.м

The coolant outlet housing in plastic is inseparable from its fixing screws
The new part can be fitted in place of the old part
