[1] съемник шарнира 1892-T

Снятие

Поднимите и закрепите неподвижно автомобиль, вывесив передние колеса

Отключите отрицательную клемму аккумуляторной батареи

Медленно перемещайте руль от упора до упора для слива масла из сервоцилиндра

Снять воздушный фильтр

Press on the clip отсоедините патрубок давления

Изнутри автомобиля

• Remove the fixing bolt from the steering universal joint
• Снять фиксатор (2) с помощью отверток
• Disengage, sideways, the (1) universal joint from the steering pinion shaft

Отсоединить шаровые шарниры рулевых тяг при помощи съёмника [1]

Steering yoke screwed to the steering rack

Снять

• The screws (4) of the steering rods
• The plastic clip retaining the clutch cable outer to the body of the steering ram (except for vehicles with automatic gearboxes)

Отсоединить питающий трубопровод (8)

Отсоединить трубку возврата (7)

Заглушите отверстия

Снять

• Крышку (9)
• The 3 screws (3) fixing the steering rack casing to the bulkhead
• The steering from the engine compartment

Yoke fastened to steering rack

Loosen the power steering ram fixing (10)

Remove the TORX screw (11)

Uncouple the steering yoke (12) from the steering rack

Pivot the steering yoke (12)

Remove the power steering ram fixing (10)

Отсоедините

• Топливопроводы (14)
• Трубку возврата 13

Заглушите отверстия

Снимите защиту (15)

Remove the screws fixing the steering rack casing to the bulkhead (3 болтов)

Проверьте наличие центровочных штырей (5)

If the locating dowels are missing: fit new SCELBLOCK E5 centring pegs

Remove the steering system by the engine compartment

Установка

Release the caged nuts by lifting and tilting them (как показано стрелками)

Remove the caged nuts (в соответствии со стрелкой)

Fit the new caged nuts (в соответствии со стрелкой)

Lock the caged nuts into position using a drift punch and mallet (в соответствии со стрелкой)

Check the condition of the seal (6) on the stem of the steering pinion

Place the steering system under the brake master-cylinder

Position the steering at mid-travel

Engage the steering pinion shaft in the bulkhead

Fit the new 3 screws (10,9) with their washers

Затянуть болты (3) моментом 3,8 дН.м

Steering yoke screwed to the steering rack

Присоедините

• Топливопроводы (8): затяните моментом 2,5 дН.м
• Трубку возврата 7: затяните моментом 2,5 дН.м

Установите

• The steering rods
• Болтов (4): затяните моментом 2,1 дН.м

Yoke fastened to steering rack

Присоедините

• Топливопроводы (14): затяните моментом 2,5 дН.м
• Трубку возврата 13: затяните моментом 2,5 дН.м
• The yoke (12) to the steering rack

Fit the power steering ram fixing (10)

Couple the yoke (12) to the steering rack

Установить болт (11): затяните моментом 8 дН.м

Затянуть гайку (10) моментом 8 дН.м

Установка (продолжение)

Fit a plastic clip to hold the clutch sleeve in place against the power steering ram body

Engage the (1) universal joint in the steering pinion shaft (orient the steering pinion towards the screw)

Fix and tighten the fixing screws of the steering universal joint (момент затяжки 2,3 дНм)

Установите крепежную скобу (2)

Fit the air filter assembly

Подключите отрицательную клемму аккумуляторной батареи

Залить рабочую жидкость в систему гидроусилителя рулевого управления (см. соответствующую операцию)

Проверить параметры параллельности передних колёс и отрегулировать при необходимости

Убедитесь в правильном положении спиц рулевого колеса
