Снятие

Установить автомобиль на подъемник

Используйте двухстоечный подъемник

Ослабить, не снимая, болт (1)

Take the electric cable (3) out of the sectionalizing device carrier (2)

Unclip and disengage the electric cable (3) from the battery pack

Ослабить, не снимая, болт (4)

Take the electric cable (5) out of the sectionalizing device carrier (6)

Unclip and disengage the electric cable (5) from the battery pack

Установить приспособления [4]на шланги

Uncouple and disengage the 2 pipes (7) from the battery pack

Отвернуть 2 болт (8)

From inside the vehicle, remove

• Заднюю полку
• Заднее сиденье со спинкой
• The boot carpet (partially detach it) использовать приспособление [3]

Снять

• 2 заглушки (9)
• 2 гайки в "a"

Снять хомут (11)

Unclip the pipes and electric cables from the support (10)

Отсоедините кронштейн (10) в "b"

Снять опору (10)

Снимите хомутов (13) использовать приспособление [1]

Uncouple the 2 flexible hoses (12) from the 2 pipes (14)

Prevent the coolant from coming out: заглушить трубопроводы (14)

Disengage the electrical cable and pipes (к переду автомобиля)

Disconnect the two rear brake pipes from the flexible hoses at the suspension arms в "c"

Освободить 2 шланги (12)

Отсоединить тросы стояночного тормоза на уровне поперечины

Снять

• 2 заглушки (15)
• The 2 fixing screws and nuts from the rear axle в "d"

Снять

• 2 заглушки (15)
• The 2 fixing screws and nuts from the rear axle в "d"

Поддержать ось, using a jack equipped with the tool [2], located under the crossmember, slightly offset from the middle of the vehicle in order to avoid touching the routing rail (16)

Поднимите автомобиль, отделить узел (потянув его назад)

Being careful with the routing rail (16)

Установка

Поддержать ось using a jack equipped with the tool [2], slightly offset from the middle of the crossmember

Установить узел под автомобиль, being careful with the routing rail (16)

Align the fixing points (18) -

Insert the fixing bolts without tightening them

Interpose the abutment washers

Align the fixing points (19) -

Fit the fixing bolts (22) fitted with their abutment washers (23) -

Затянуть болты (20) и (22) моментом 8,5 дН.м

Connect the two rear brake pipes to the flexible hoses at the suspension arms в "c"

Fit the handbrake cables to the balance beam

Отрегулируйте тросы стояночного тормоза

Couple the flexible hoses (12) with the pipes (14)

Установить хомуты (13) использовать приспособление [1]

Установить кронштейн (10)

Прикрепить

• Опору (10) в "b"
• The pipes and electric cables to the support (10)

Установите хомут (11)

Установите

• 2 гайки (10) затяните гайки
• 2 заглушки (9)

Установить на место 2 болты (8) затянуть болты

Couple and clip the 2 pipes (7)

Снимите приспособления [4]

Couple the electric cable (56) with the fuse holder

Clip the electric cable (5) to the battery pack

Затяните болт (4) моментом 0,5 дН.м

Couple the electric cable (32) with the circuit breaker carrier

Clip the electric cable (3) to the battery pack

Затяните болт (1) моментом 0,5 дН.м

Установить автомобиль "под напряжение". см. операцию: switching off the power circuit

Залейте охлаждающую жидкость и продуйте контур (см. соответствующую операцию)

Продуть тормозную систему

From inside the engine compartment,refit

• Коврик багажника
• Заднее сиденье со спинкой
• Заднюю полку
