Partially drain the LPG supply circuit

Перейти на работу в режиме агазб

Установите автомобиль на 2 стоечный подъемник

Отсоедините разъем (1)

Operate the LPG supply circuit

Подсоедините разъем (1)

Подсоедините обратно аккумуляторную батарею

Drain the LPG supply circuit

Снять воздушный фильтр

Disconnect the tube (3) from the union (2)

Connect the gas burner [3] to the vehicle using the connecting pipe (4) and the adapter [4]

Keep the valve (5) in the "off" position

Position the gas burner [3] 20 m away from any inflammable material and as far from the vehicle as possible

Connect the gas burner [3] to earth, в "b"

Open the valve (5) slightly

Connect the positive terminal of the connector (1) to the positive terminal of the battery using a fly lead

Bleed the gas burner [3] by opening the valve (c) slightly until tube (a) ices up then close the valve (c)

Bleed the pilot tube by opening the valve (d) by 1/4 of a turn (в течение 20 секунд)

Operate the electric ignition system (e): the flame should be 15 cm high

Open the valve (c) by 3/4 turns

Move away from the gas burner [3]

The flame should be 3 - 4 m high

В случае неисправности работы: закрыть клапан (5)

Allow the gas to burn

When the flame intensity decreases, connect the tool [5] to the vehicle с помощью приспособления [6]

Insert nitrogen into the tank at a pressure of 4 bar

When the flame extinguishes, try to relight the burner several times, using the electric ignition system

When it is impossible to relight, allow nitrogen to escape through the gas burner for several minutes

• The positive wire of the connector (1) from the positive terminal of the battery

Connect the pipe (2) to the connector (3)
