Снятие
The removal of the front damper is carried out through the road wheel arch hole
ВниманиеMark the location of the 3 fixings "a" of the upper support (risk of reversal upon rebuilding - modification of the caster angle)
Снять
- 3 гайки (1)
- The damper rod nut (2), preventing the rod from turning by means of a Torx 40 adaptor
Fit the cables: изнутри колесной арки
Пропустить тросы [1] через внутреннюю часть пружины до вытянутых прорезей "b"
Lift the top nipple of the cable [1] into the spring top cut
ВниманиеSo that the spring remains centralized, use the "c" hole found near the inside of the vehicle
Turn the cable a quater turn and pull downward
ВниманиеCheck that the cable nipples (1) are correctly located in the top cup. pull the "d" slots downwards, the tooth shape of the nipple must be clearly visible
Вставить тросы в продолговатые прорези "b"
Lock with a 5 mm bolt (3)
Lift the front of the vehicle to suspend the front wheel: the upper support detaches itself from the damper rod

Снять
- The upper support
- Упорный шарикоподшипник
- Чашка (6)
Remove, through the wheel arch orifice, the rubber gaiter, упор, пластиковую проставку ограничителя хода
Pull the damper rod upwards
Убрать подпорку
Lower the vehicle to allow the damper rod to come out
Установите приспособление [2] (on the damper rod)
Установить и затянуть гайку (2)
Using the peg spanner [2] fully unscrew the damper closing nut
Remove the tool and damper unit from the top and uncouple them
Установка
Place the tool [2] on the damper
Put the damper into place in its pipe затяните моментом 15 дН.м
Снять приспособление [2]
Raise the vehicle to suspend the wheel, установите подпорку
Соберите на тяге амортизатора блок из следующих деталей
- Пластиковую проставку ограничителя хода
- Упор
- Резиновый защитный колпак
- Чашка (6)
- Упорный шарикоподшипник
- The upper support
- Новую гайку
Engage the 3 upper support fixings (4) in the "a" locations marked during dismantling
Убрать подпорку
Progressively lower the vehicle
Затянуть гаек моментом от (1) до 2 дН.м
Затянуть гайку (2) моментом 7 дН.м
