Рекомендуемое оборудование

[1] съемник шарнира 1892-T

Снятие

Поднимите и закрепите неподвижно автомобиль, вывесив передние колеса

Отключите отрицательную клемму аккумуляторной батареи

Медленно перемещайте руль от упора до упора для слива масла из сервоцилиндра

Снять воздушный фильтр

Press on the clip отсоедините патрубок давления

Изнутри автомобиля

• Накладки рулевой колонки
• Remove the fixing bolt from the steering universal joint
• Снять фиксатор (2) с помощью отверток
• Disengage, sideways, the (1) universal joint from the steering pinion shaft

Отсоединить шаровые шарниры рулевых тяг при помощи съёмника [1]

Отсоединить дюритовый шланг (3)

Снимите винт в "a"

Двигатель: TU5J4 (16 клапанов)

Отсоединить

• Разъем (4)
• Разъем (5)
• The connector from the inlet air temperature sensor (в "b")
• The connector (6) of the pressure sensor

Отсоедините шланг (7)

Uncouple the accelerator cable from the throttle housing

Release the accelerator cable from the chamber

Отвернуть болт (8)

Отсоедините

• The canister piping at the click-fit connector
• The fuel pressure regulator pipe
• The braking assistance vacuum union at the click-fit connector

Steering yoke screwed to the steering rack

Remove the steering rod (10) screws

Unscrew the unions of the pipes (13) until they move freely

Remove the 3 screws (9) fixing the steering rack casing to the bulkhead

Uncouple the pipes (13) from the steering rack

Remove the steering system by the engine compartment

Проверьте наличие центровочных штырей (11)

Yoke fastened to steering rack

Loosen the power steering ram fixing (14)

Remove the TORX screw (15)

Uncouple the steering yoke (16) from the steering rack

Pivot the steering yoke (16)

Remove the power steering ram fixing (14)

Unscrew the unions of the pipes (13) until they move freely

Remove the 3 screws (9) fixing the steering rack casing to the bulkhead

Uncouple the pipes (13) from the steering rack

Проверьте наличие центровочных штырей (11)

Remove the steering system by the engine compartment

Установка

Release the caged nuts by lifting and tilting them (как показано стрелками)

Remove the caged nuts (в соответствии со стрелкой)

Fit the new caged nuts (в соответствии со стрелкой)

Lock the caged nuts into position using a drift punch and mallet (в соответствии со стрелкой)

Check the condition of the seal (12) on the stem of the steering pinion

Place the steering system under the brake master-cylinder

Position the steering at mid-travel

Engage the steering pinion shaft in the bulkhead

Подсоедините трубки (12)

Fit the new 9 screws (10,9) with their washers

Затянуть болты (9) моментом 3,8 дН.м

Двигатель: TU5J4 (16 клапанов)

Присоедините

• The braking assistance vacuum union at the click-fit connector
• The fuel pressure regulator pipe
• The canister piping at the click-fit connector

Установить болты (8): затяните моментом 1 дН.м

Couple the accelerator cable to the throttle housing

Подсоедините шланг (7)

Подсоединить

• The connector (6) of the pressure sensor
• The connector from the inlet air temperature sensor (в "b")
• Разъем (5)
• Разъем (4)

Steering yoke screwed to the steering rack

Подсоедините трубки (13): затяните моментом 2,5 дН.м

Установите

• The steering rods
• Болтов (10): затяните моментом 2,1 дН.м

Yoke fastened to steering rack

Подсоедините трубки (13): затяните моментом 2,5 дН.м

Couple the yoke (16) to the steering rack

Fit the power steering ram fixing (14)

Couple the yoke (16) to the steering rack

Установить болт (15): затяните моментом 8 дН.м

Затянуть гайку (14) моментом 8 дН.м

Установка (продолжение)

Refit the supply pipe clamp fixing bolt (a)

Зажать дюритовый шланг (3)

Engage the (1) universal joint in the steering pinion shaft (orient the steering pinion towards the screw)

Fix and tighten the fixing screws of the steering universal joint (момент затяжки 2,3 дНм)

Установите

• Фиксатор (2) блокировки
• Накладки рулевой колонки

Fit the air filter assembly

Подключите отрицательную клемму аккумуляторной батареи

Залить рабочую жидкость в систему гидроусилителя рулевого управления (см. соответствующую операцию)

Проверить параметры параллельности передних колёс и отрегулировать при необходимости

Убедитесь в правильном положении спиц рулевого колеса
