Проверка

The rear ride height is measured with

• Автомобиль в снаряженном состоянии (порожний автомобиль, полностью заправленный и укомплектованный)
• Давление в шинах нормальное
• Автомобиль на ровной площадке

Prior to each measurement, rock the vehicle to eliminate any constraints in the suspension components

Расстояния (H3) измеряются от пола до опорных элементов прокладок под поперечиной (A)-(B)

Take an average of three successive measurements, rocking the vehicle before each measurement

A difference of 10 mm between the average measurements each side is acceptable

Регулировка

Adjustment is based on the difference between the number of splines at the ends of the same torsion bar

• 30 шлицев со стороны картера
• 32 splines at the arm end

Регулировка осуществляется путем закручивания торсиона одновременно со стороны как картера, так и рычага, причем положение рычага задается регулировкой вспомогательного "фальш-амортизатора" [1]

Offsetting by one spline varies the ride height by approximately 3 mm

Adjustment is made by modifying the length X of the dummy damper [1]

The dummy damper thread [1] is 100 pitch which enables modification of its length in 0,5 mm 0,5 steps

The adjustment made on one side also modifies the height on the other side

Отвернуть и снять слева и справа болты крепления (1) рычагов стабилизатора поперечной устойчивости к рычагам подвески

Снять торсионную штангу

The reference height can be varied in increments of 3 mm or 3 mm (adjustment by one or two positions)

Increase or reduce the length x of the dummy damper, obtained on the vehicle, by 2,5 mm or a multiple of 2,5 mm

Пример:

Ride height variation of 15 mm

• Поиск величины, кратной 3 мм: 15 / 3 = 5
• Modification of the length of the dummy damper: 2,5 mm x (5) = 10 mm
• Разность = 15 / 3 = 5 шлицев

The marks (a) and (b) should be offset the number of splines determined previously: 5
