- The elements which make the inhibitor switch (1) accessible
- The switch (1) with its washer
Проверка функционирования
Подсоедините обратно аккумуляторную батарею
Включить зажигание
Push the switch pin in fully, the reversing lights should illuminate
- Starting is possible when the pin is released
- In the intermediate position, nothing should happen
If all of these points are correct, adjust the switch
- If one of these positions does not give the correct result, check the continuity and insulation of the electrical wires
- If the electrical check is correct, replace the switch

Refit the switch by replacing the original washer with a thicker washer (+ 0,2 mm)

Refit the new switch with a washer at least 1,6 mm thick

Включить зажигание
In the vehicle, with your foot on the brake, mechanical brake applied, check
- The starting position in position P and N
- It is impossible to start in the other positions
- The operation of the reversing lights in position R
- The reversing lights go out in the other positions
- On gently changing out of position N, towards D or R, it is impossible to start or drive the vehicle
If any of these checks fail, replace the washer under the switch with a thicker washer (+ 0,2 mm), then carry out the checking procedure again
If the 2 mm thick washer is not suitable, carry out the procedure again with a new switch
