Load potentiometer adjustment
After replacing the load lever potentiometer, it is essential to adjust its position, применять следующий метод
(1): Регулировочный болт
(2): checking screw
(3): болт M6 X 25
(4): Гайка M6
(5): рычаг нагрузки
(6): потенциометр рычага нагрузки
Position the bolt M6 X 25 (3) in hole M6 marked (A) on the load lever (5)
Allow the bolt M6 X 25 (3) on the load lever (5) to protrude so that it can be immobilised with a nut (4) to eliminate all play
Connect the DIAG 2000 or the in parameters measurement mode with the ignition on
Position a 16 mm shim (or a Vernier caliper) between the adjusting screw (1) and the bolt M6 X 25 (3) by exerting a slight force on the lever to ensure that the parts come into contact
Read the load potentiometer value U on the diagnostic equipment; it should be U1 = 2 V
Retighten the potentiometer bolts (6)

Position a 16 mm shim (or a Vernier gauge) between the stop marked (2) and the bolt M6 (3) by exerting a slight force on the lever to ensure that the parts come into contact
Read the load potentiometer value U on the diagnostic equipment; it should be U2 = 1,1 ± 0,05 V
