Cause:
Material problem.

Replace hose clamps.
Important note:
Before installing pipes and hoses check for contaminations of grease or oil. Clean properly. Use only the correct torque for the clamps.
1. Open the clamp at the turbocharger intake side.
2. Disconnect the air intake hose.
3. Replace the clamp (pic. I, pos. 1) with a new clamp.
4. Connect the air intake hose to the turbocharger intake.
| 5. Tighten the clamp with a torque of 3.5 Nm. | |||

6. Open the clamps from the charge air hose at the charge air pipe and the intake manifold.
7. Remove the charge air hose.
8. Replace the clamp at the charge air pipe (pic. II, pos. 3) with a new clamp. Replace the clamp (pic. II, pos. 2) of the intake manifold side with a new clamp.
9. Install the charge air hose.
| 10. Tighten the clamps with a torque of 3.5 Nm. | |||
