| Complaint: | In some occasional cases there might be a hard 2->3 shifting behaviour after longer stand still and with cold transmission oil. The shifting behaviour improves with rising transmission temperatures. A DTC will not be set. |

| Cause: | Production tolerances of the C0-Accumulator causes: - not correct filling of the C0-clutch, - results in a hart 2-3 shifting behaviour, especially during warm-up duration. |
| Production: | Modified AF17 transmissions have been implemented as of June, 19th, 2002 with the following transmission number: 02FXT04860. |
In case of customer complaint replace the transmission and use a modified AF17 from P&A. For P/N please refer to EPC. There are only OK transmission available at P&A.
Note: It is not necessary to replace the TCM.
