| Cause: | Deposits on the spark plug isolator due to short distance drive or due to frequent cold start. |

Remedy:
Install spark plug Typ: FGR 8 KQE0
Working Procedure:
1. Disconnect battery.
2. Pull off spark plug connector, for DOHC-0 and DOHC-1 engines remove ignition module or DIS ignition modul - see working procedure "Ignition Modul, Install and Remove", unit "J", Service Instruction of the relevant carline. or - see working procedure "DIS Ignition Modul, Install and Remove", unit "J", Service Instruction of the relevant carline.
3. Remove spark plugs with KM-194-E.
4. Install new spark plugs with KM-194-E - tightening torque 25 Nm.
5. Install new spark plug connector, for DOHC-0 and DOHC-1 engines install ignition module or DIS ignition modul - see working procedure "Ignition Modul, Install and Remove", unit "J", Service Instruction of the relevant carline. or - see working procedure "DIS Ignition Modul, Install and Remove", unit "J", Service Instruction of the relevant carline.
6. Connect battery.
