Remedy:
In case of customer complaint reprogram the ECU with new software as of TIS-CD51 (Z16SE as of software-version 1, Z16XE as of software-version 16) for EOBD-markets. For Non-EOBD-markets the SW will be available as of TIS-CD 52. The improved software is valid for engines with and without EGR valve. On cars with EGR the EGR will be deactivated with the new software.
Proceed as follows when program ECU: During the software download the option "with EGR" has to be chosen and deleted. Than press button "Continue" and choose the software "without EGR".
As of TIS-CD51 the transmission ratio has to be programmed during variant coding.
