| Cause: | Due to a wrong routing the wiring harness chafes at the flange throttle flap actuator to intake manifold. |
| Production: | As of VIN W0L0TGF0845091357 a new routing of engine wiring harness has been introduced in production. |
In case of complaint repair the engine wiring harness according the rework instruction 04-R-09 Astra G - Z17DTL Engine Wiring Harness.
