Описание

Modification to the driveshaft sealing gaiters, on road wheel side: "thermoplastic" gaiter instead of "neoprene"

The driveshaft fitted with the new gaiter is new because of the position and shape of the sealing grooves of the shaft and stub joint

Position of the "neoprene" gaiter: " a " = 137 ± 2 mm

Position of the new "thermoplastic" gaiter: " b " = 157,5 ± 2 mm

Снимите приводной вал

Измерить размер c

Снять

• Защитный гофрированный чехол (со стороны коробки передач)
• Кулак шарнира (5)
• Защитный гофрированный чехол (со стороны колеса)

Очистите передние детали перед их обратной установкой. не используйте растворитель

Fit a new gaiter (3) into the groove of the shaft (со стороны колеса)

Распределить 180 г смазки в кожухе

Fit the gaiter (3) onto the stub axle bowl (1)

Crimp the clamping collars (2); (9): с помощью приспособления 4151-T

Put the gaiter-sleeve assembly (4) onto the driveshaft

Установите

• Кулак шарнира (5)
• Стопорные кольца (7)

Распределить 120 г смазки в кожухе

Fit the spring and its thrust cup

Fit a new o-ring seal (6) onto the slotted drive cup

Crimp the sleeve "e" of the gaiter (4) с помощью приспособления 80 403R/4518-T (комплект инструментов 4101-T)

Insert a rod in "d" in order to vent. пример: use a welding rod

Установите защитный гофрированный колпак (4), соблюдая размер "c"

Вынуть стержень

Crimp the clamping collar (8) с помощью приспособления 4151-T

Установить на место приводные валы
