Снятие
Remove the old heating unit (см. соответствующую операцию)
Слейте жидкость из системы отопителя
Снять
- Нижний шланг
- Аккумуляторная батарея
- The exhaust elbow from the old heating unit
Unweld the support of the old heating unit
Установка
Weld the support of the new heating unit complying with the dimensions
- A: 20 mm MAG bead
- A: 48 mm
Затянуть гайку (2)
Refit the new lower hose (3) to the heating fluid reservoir
Mount the exhaust elbow (7) onto the new heating unit
Fit the fixing screws (5) on the new heating unit and tighten them by a few turns, then remove them (self-tapping screws)
Fit the heating unit on its support
Затянуть болты (5) моментом 0,10 дН.м
Connect the exhaust manifold (6)
Secure the lower and upper hoses
Присоедините
- Топливную трубку
- The inlet silencer on the air inlet (4) and point it towards an area free from dust and water
- Разъем
Заполните и прокачайте систему отопления (см. соответствующую операцию)
Установить автомобиль "под напряжение"
Провести проверку работы
