С номера OPR 7422: production vehicles are fitted with front lower (6 monoblocs) and rear (11 monoblocs) battery units with click fit unions at the cooling system inlet and outlet
- Battery compartment with 6 monoblocs: from battery unit number 33SB620000023
- Battery compartment with 11 monoblocs: from battery unit number 31SB020000012
The filler overflow of the 6 monobloc battery compartment is moved to the rear right of the compartment
The charger pack support crossmember is specific to the new 6 monobloc battery compartment and can not be fitted with the old compartment
Specific end pieces are fitted to the cooling system unions to allow fitting of the battery units

When exchanging an old battery compartment within the battery lease scheme, a new battery compartment may be delivered with the specific unions for the cooling system
Depending on the number of the faulty battery unit and the serial number of the vehicle, the battery supplier will dispatch the adapter parts

When refitting the battery compartment, replace the existing unions on the cooling system inlet and outlet pipes by unions (1) (use the existing clips)
ПримечаниеMove the click-fit connector unions in order to be able to remove the clip (2) after fitting the battery compartment
Complete the fitting of the battery unit according to the fitting method

Before fitting the lower front battery compartment equipped with click-fit connectors. remove the connectors (7), (8) and (9)
Собрать соединения (4), (5) и (6) (use the existing clips)
ПримечаниеMove the click-fit connector union in order to be able to remove the clip (2) after fitting the battery compartment
Invert the routing of the supply cables and their fixings to the mounting (как показано стрелкой (a))

Снимите штуцер (10)
Установить штуцер (3) (use the existing clips)
