Ослабить затяжку 8 болтов (1)
Remove the housing cover
Открутите 2 винтов (2)
Cut the charging cable outside the socket (длиной A = 40 мм)
Move away the retaining ring at "a" using a screwdriver or pliers
Disengage the charging cable from the socket
ВниманиеMark the positions of the wires and terminals before dismantling
Remove the terminals (4) from the mounting (3)
Untighten the fixing screws of the terminals (4) с помощью 6-гранного ключа
Check the continuity of the 3 electric wires in the charging cable using a tester
Cut the charging cable sleeve, taking care not to damage the protective sleeves on each of the 3 electrical wires (длиной B = 180 мм)

Remove 5 mm from the ends of the protective sleeves of each of the 3 electrical wires
Solder the ends of the 3 electrical wires
Position the rubber ring and the retaining ring on the charging cable (в "a")
Crimp the retaining ring at "a" с помощью щипцов
Connect the 3 electrical wires to the terminals (4)
Place the terminals on the mounting (3)
ВниманиеReturn components to their initial positions
Reposition the mounting (3) complete with the terminals inside the housing
Holding the assembly, tighten the 2 screws (2)
Fit the housing cover
Tighten the 8 screws (1) starting with the 2 screws at the centre
Carry out a battery charging test in order to check the operation of the charging cable
