The transmission control units are physically identical for Movano and Vivaro, the locations are different.
Movano
The illustration shows the position of the transmission control unit in the Movano engine compartment.
The transmission control unit (1) locates in a bracket (5) and is held in position by a rubber strap (2). Two harness connectors (3) connect to the transmission control unit. Each connector is secured with a clip (4).
Vivaro
The illustration shows the position of the transmission control unit in the Vivaro engine compartment.
The transmission control unit (1) locates in a bracket (3) and is held in position by a rubber strap (2). Two harness connectors (5) connect to the bottom of the transmission control unit. Each connector is secured with a clip (4).
