After replacement and programming of a new engine ECU it is necessary to switch into the "Program ECU" menu of the TECH 2 and to choose the right option (Z17DTL; Z17DTH or Z17DTH, MT6). After ignition on/off cycle the correct variant/engine will be written into the ECU.
