| Complaint: | Greasy deposits on front windscreen together with loss of fluid in cooling system and visible fluid on the ground. |

Remedy:
Working procedure:
1. Remove lower engine compartment cover. 2. Disconnect radiator hose attached to lower radiator flange. 3. Remove cap from expansion tank of cooling system to permit draining of the cooling system; subsequently close cap again. 4. Slip radiator hose onto lower radiator flange, but do not fit hose clamp. 5. Replace heater core

6. Clean and dry floor covering. 7. Refill cooling system with tap water and flush. 8. Disconnect radiator hose attached to lower radiator flange. 9. Remove cap from expansion tank of cooling system to permit draining of the cooling system; subsequently close cap again. 10. Slip radiator hose onto lower radiator flange and tighten hose clamp.
CAUTION:
11. Refill cooling system

12. Reinstall lower engine compartment cover.
