Subject:	Engine Y30DT-Starter - Short circuit, fuse burnt

Complaint:	Short circuit between terminal 50 and the heat protection shield, causing fuse to blow. Starter will not engage.
Cause:	Cable socket wrongly installed. Socket turned for about 180° which might lead to a short circuit between terminal 50 and the heat protection shield.

Remedy:

In case of complaint please check fuse No.2 (25A, engine compartment) and ensure correct position of cable-socket as shown in picture I, 1. Correct the cable-socket position if necessary.
