| Complaint: | Refueling of CNG-Tank not possible. |

| Cause: | If tank nozzle of CNG station will be taken off to fast, it can happen that o-ring will be sucked out of the filler valve. |

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint check for presence of the o-ring (see picture I, B, arrow) in filler valve.
If the o-ring of the filler valve is missing (see picture I, A) install a new o-ring. Partnumber: 9270278 / Catalognumber: 08 85 031. After re-installation of o-ring the refueling of the CNG-Tank will be possible again.
Note: A replacement of the filler valve is not necessary.
