Снятие
Установить подвижное стекло в нижнее положение
Приподнять переднюю часть складной крыши примерно на 250 мм

Вынуть стекло (4) через верх, потянув его вверх
Высвободить направляющий ползун подвижного стекла (5) из кулисы (6)
Установка
Установка производится выполнением операций по снятию в обратном порядке
ВниманиеThe front bolt of the fasteners (1) is shorter than the other
Регулировка
1-й раз (without removing the windscreen aperture seal)
Всегда начинать регулировку фиксированного стекла передней двери после предварительной установки в правильное положение двери с соблюдением зазоров и выравнивания
Затянуть средним усилием
- Крепление (3)
- Фиксаторов (1) - (2)
Снять
- The door seal at the windscreen pillar
- Отделку проёма ветрового стекла
Position the tool [1] in place of the hood striker, slightly compressing the foam seal
Check the clearance between the fixed window and the windscreen pillar by positioning the 9 mm end of the tools [2] at (C) and (D)
Press the upper corner (A) of the fixed window onto the tool [1], ensuring that there is a clearance of 9 mm at (C) and (D)
Затяните крепления (1) - (2) (the front bolt of the fasteners (1) is shorter than the other)
Using the drawing, cut out a wooden shim with a minimum thickness of 16 mm
Observe the clearances and flushness in relation to the windscreen pillar (section AA) by inserting the shim between the glass and the flange
Check the 37 mm measurement at 2 points
Затянуть болт (3)
Check that the lips (7) simultaneously contact the windows (4) and (5) and that the alignment of the windows (fixed, door and quarter light) is correct (см. брошюру номер 867)
Operate the front window mechanism
Close the door several times, with the hood raised

Place the tools [2] in contact with the windscreen pillar to adjust the 9 mm measurement presented at section (AA)
ВниманиеDo not carry out the transverse adjustment between the fixed window and the flange using the tools [2]
Press the upper corner (A) of the fixed window onto the tool [1] ensuring that there is a 9 mm clearance at (C) and (D)
