Cooling fan control function
Подсоединить установку для заправки к сервисным клапанам
Отсоединить электронный блок (BITRON)
Запустить двигатель (частота вращения порядка 2000 об/мин)
Press the compressor switch
Измерить давление в сервисных клапанах
- If the refrigerant pressure is below 19 bars there should not be continuity
- If the refrigerant pressure is above 19 bars there should be continuity
- If the refrigerant pressure is below 17 bars there should not be continuity
- If the refrigerant pressure is above 17 bars there should be continuity
If this is not the case, replace the pressostat
Disconnect the BIP 722
Присоединить электронный блок
Compressor control function
Нормальное давление составляет: check that the refrigerant circuit is correctly charged
Check the resistance R1
If R1 = infinity, replace the pressostat
Pressure below the normal operating pressure
- Снять реле давления
- Check the resistance R1
- If r1 is not infinity, replace the pressostat
Pressure higher than the normal operating pressure
- Запустить двигатель
- Press the compressor switch
- When the high pressure reaches 26 bars, the compressor should stop
If this is not the case, replace the pressostat
