| Complaint: | Xenon headlamp lamp without function, TCs B2575 (04) or B2699 (04). |

| Cause: | Plug to Xenon bulb not properly connected or damaged thus electrical contact not ensured. Both headlamps have to be checked. |
| Production: | 100% check for correctly connected plug as of VIN W0L0ZCF6861045869 (11.11.2005). |
Attention: Observe the instructions for bulb replacement in TIS 2000.
In case of customer complaint disconnect plug. Check plug for damage poor electrical contact etc. if this is the case replace complete headlamp and bulb. In case plug is not damaged connect it properly to bulb.
