| Complaint: | Aircondition noisy (like a turbine) especially at high ambient temperatures at engine idle (Meriva) and at an engine speed of 2500 rpm to 3000 rpm (Corsa, Astra & Zafira). |

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint check the follwing points before any A/C compressor replacement will be done.
For Corsa-C and Meriva: Check of A/C refrigerant charge. Ensure correct routing of the A/C tubes and make sure that there is no touch condition with any body part.
For Astra-G and Zafira (Only Z16XE and Z18XE engines): Reduce A/C refrigerant charge from 600g to 525g. Ensure correct routing of the A/C tubes and make sure that there is no touch condition with any body part.
For Astra-G and Zafira (All other engines): Check of the A/C refrigerant charge. Ensure correct routing of the A/C tubes and make sure that there is no touch condition with any body part.
