| Cause: | A too high force application from hood on the rubber sealing of head lamp causes a shear force which is damaging the adhesive bed of headlamp. |

Remedy:
Replace headlamp/turn-signal light and rubber sealing.
Working Procedure:
1. Replace headlamp/turn-signal light,
- see working procedure "R&R headlamp/turn-signal light", Unit "N", of the respective Service Instruction.
Parts: For spare parts see the valid EPC.
Labour Times: TC: Hours.:
T 8 132 34 Replace both 92 1.3 headlamps (Astra-G)
T 8 132 35 Replace headlamp 92 1.1 right or left side (Astra-G)
The costs for this repair will be covered for vehicles not older than 3 years and a mileage lower than 100.000 km.
The regular warranty procedure should be used for claiming Set-up-time.
