Необходимые меры предосторожности
1 = repairs are recommended outside the driver's field of vision (zone A) and for impact damaged areas less than 5 mm in diameter
2 = carry out the repair out of direct sunlight (use the UV screen 1) and as soon as possible after the damage occurs
3 = the area to be repaired must be dry
4 = the temperature of the windscreen must be between 15 and 25 ■ C
Метод ремонта
A = clean the impact damaged area removing impurities using the carbide point pencil (10)
B = position the mirror (8) on the inside of the windscreen

C = take the cylinder (24) which is located in the resin pack (6) and screw it into the head (23) (part of the bridge (21))
D = positioning the bridge
- Using a mirror (8), centre the cylinder (24) accurately over the impact damaged area
- Before you do this, be sure to apply sealant (4) to the suction pad (22) for adhesion
- Ослабить болт (26)
E = tilt the lever (28) on the bridge (21) so that the suction pad sticks to the windscreen
Tighten the adjusting screw (26) until the three bases of the head (23) rest firmly on the windscreen
F = slacken the piston (25) and remove it
G = injection of resin onto the impact-damaged area
- A - place half a dose of resin (contained in the resin pack (6)) in the cylinder
- Using the wooden spatula (resin pack (6)), remove any air bubbles
- B - insert the piston into the cylinder
- Tighten until you begin to feel some resistance then continue until the air forms a single bubble
- C - quickly slacken the piston by approximately 5 revolutions (подождите 5 минуты)
- D - tighten the piston again until the air bubble disappears (wait until the resin spreads to the edges of the damaged area)
H = inspect the repair
- Slacken the piston in order to distance the head from the damaged area
- Check for the presence of air; if air is present, repeat steps Gb, Gc, Gd, and, if not, remove the bridge (tilt the lever)
I = apply a drop of finishing resin no. 3 (9) to the damaged area then, in order to keep it in place, cover it with a sheet of plastic (7)
J = position the UV lamp (14) to harden the resin (20 minutes minimum)

- Remove the plastic sheet then scrape off the surplus resin around the damaged area with a blade (3)
- Apply a drop of polish no. 13 to the repair and gently polish with the drill (5) and the felt pad (16)
