Production Solution:
Before VIN 75Y2100599 washers are fitted, from then on modified seat bench guide rails are installed in the factory.
Remedy:
Special Part:
No
Remove seat row from outer guide rail and install washer to each bolted joint.
Working Procedure:
1. Open both rear doors.
2. Move seat row forward.
3. Remove seat row from outer guide rail, - see working procedure "Seat row, remove and install", unit "C", Service Instruction Zafira.
4. Fit washers to every screwed joint between seat row and guide rail.
5. Attach seat row to outer guide rail, - see working procedure "Seat row, remove and install", unit "C", Service Instruction Zafira.
6. Move seat row back.
7. Close both rear doors.
