| Complaint: | Blower motor is running only in high speed, is without function or running when ignition is switched off. |

| Cause: | Condensation water from blower motor accumulates at bottom of blower motor housing ( rust formation etc. ). Resistor is damaged. |
| Production: | As of VIN W0L0ZCF3561069032 (13.01.2006) improved parts have been introduced in produktion. |
In case of customer complaint check resistor and blower motor for water marks or rust. Drill a 4 mm hole at the lowest point of the blower motor housing (brush area) when the blower motor is removed.
