| Cause: | "Fuel pipe, 3-way connector" to fuel injection pump cracked on return pipe connector. |
| Production: | Install from VIN: FD0C B000001 to B019680, JD1F B000001 to B000603, UD0C B000001 to B002024 new "fuel pipes, 3-way connector". |
Remedy:
Replace "fuel pipe, 3-way connector" through one new "fuel pipe, 3-way connector", that one now installs in production.
Working Procedure: Remove hollow screw (1), "fuel pipe, 3-way connector" at fuel injection pump.
Remove hollow feed screw (C) for the flamstart.
Remove "return fuel pipe" to fuel tank (B).
Install new 8 mm dia "fuel pipe, 3-way connector" to injection pump (A).
It is to be set up secure seal new to that becoming built-in.
