Cause:

Incorrect installation of pedals in pedal assembly support bracket.

Working procedure:

Remove brake pedal:

1. Remove the clip (pic. I, 1) from connecting pin brake pedalbrake servo, remove pin.

2. Unscrew the nut (pic. I, 2) , remove pin (pic. I, 3) .

3. Remove brake pedal with spacer (pic. I, 4) and bushes (pic. I, 5) .

Install new brake pedal:

1. Install two new bushes (pic. I, 5) into the new brake pedal (pic. I, 6) .

2. Install the new brake pedal with new spacer (pic. I, 4) , new pin (pic. I, 3) and new nut (pic. I, 2) into the pedal assembly support bracket.

3. Tighten nut (pic. I, 2) to 35 Nm.

4. Install the connecting pin brake pedal - brake servo and secure with new clip (pic. I, 1) .

Remove clutch pedal:

1. Remove the clip (pic. II, 1) from connecting pin clutch pedal to push rod of clutch master cylinder.

2. Unscrew the nut (pic. II, 2) remove pin (pic. II, 3) .

3. Remove the clutch pedal with the spacer (pic. II, 4) and the bushes (pic. II, 5) .

Install new clutch pedal:

1. Install two new bushes (pic. II, 5) into the new clutch pedal (pic. II, 6) .

2. Install the new clutch pedal with new spacer (pic. II, 4) , new pin (pic. II, 3) and new nut (pic. II, 2) into the pedal assembly support bracket.

3. Tighten nut (pic. II, 2) to 35 Nm.

Note: After carrying out these operation, check that the brakes and the clutch are operating correctly.
