| Complaint: | Snow and ice pushed behind the fenderliner. Contact between fenderliner and tyre possible. |

| Cause: | Insufficient fixing points of the fenderliner. |
| Production: | Additional rivet has been introduced in production. |
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint an additional rivet has to be set to keep the fenderliner in place.
Working procedure:
1. Lift up the vehicle and remove the front wheels. 2. Mark the hole position on fenderliner (X = 20 mm / Y = 200 mm) see picture.
3. Drill hole of 8 mm diameter, drill carefully and not deeper than 10 mm. 4. Countersink bore hole. 5. Apply zinc-dust spray to the bare metal of the bore hole. 6. Install the rivet, expanding: Part.-Nr.: 90 087 290 / Catalog-Nr.: 11 04 880. 7. Remove the upper rivet, see picture pos. 1. 8. Apply body-cavity protection wax in inner wheelhouse area to avoid corrosion. 9. Install a new rivet, expanding: Part.-Nr.: 90 087 290 / Catalog-Nr.: 11 04 880. 10. Reinstall front wheels according Service Instructions. 11. Lift down the vehicle and tighten up the wheel bolts according Service Instruction Corsa C.
