Необходимые детали

1 front seat backrest trim sections kit номер (реферанс) 8900.SE

Снятие

Снять

• The headrest (by pressing on each side of the exterior guide)
• Сиденье (/)

Снять

• Срезать фиксаторы (1)
• Отстегнуть стопорное кольцо фиксатора (2)

Insert a spatula into the lower section at (A) to unfasten the end of the retaining ring from the trim section

Gently pull the retaining ring (3) towards the top of the seatback in order to unfasten it as far as point (B)

Carry out this operation on the opposite side

On the inside of the seatback cover, unfasten the retaining ring (4) from the seatback frame upper crossmember

С помощью кусачек разрезать фиксаторы (5)

Raise the seatback cover (6) as far as it will go

Detach the padding (7) from the frame

Pull upwards on the backrest cover to detach the rings from the trim sections (8)

Снять

• Обивка (9)
• Мягкая подкладка

Drill out the fasteners (10) of the sections (8)

Remove the sections (8)

Установка

Secure the new sections to the frame using the rivets included in kit 8900.SE

Retrim the seat in the reverse order to removal

Reconnect the connectors under the seat cushion

Проверьте функционирование

Установить на место сиденье (выполняя рекомендации)

• Установите сиденье в максимально заднее положение
• Partly screw in the front mounting bolts by a few threads only
• Check the latching of the seat on its runners by performing several sliding operations

Затянуть моментом (в следующем порядке)

• Bolt(s) on the central console side
• Bolt(s) on the outside

Сдвиньте сиденье в максимально переднее положение

Затянуть моментом (в следующем порядке)

• Bolt(s) on the central console side
• Bolt(s) on the outside

Затяжка болтов моментом 2.5 дН.м (максимум)
