| Complaint: | After replacement of the CIM ignition key can be removed from the ignition lock even if the selector lever is not in the "P" position. |

| Cause: | On vehicles equipped with automatic transmission an electrical ignition lock switch is used which avoid removing of the ignition key in other positions than "P". |

In case of replacement of the CIM the electrical ignition lock switch (P/N 9180562 / Cat.-No.: 09 14 867) has to be removed from the affected CIM and has to be fitted into the new CIM.
