| Cause: | Customers used to adjust the volume on their mobile phone on a high level which is taken over from the hands free phone kit afterwards and causes the distortion |

In case of customer complaint put the mobile phone in the cradle, switch on the ignition respectively start the engine and reduces the volume level. After the ignition is switched off, the volume level will be saved and changes on the volume level in the stand-alone mode don’t have any influence on the hands free phone mode.
