Remedy:
This Technical Service Bulletin refers to all MY 2003,5 vehicles which could not be fixed by TSB 1640. In case of customer complaint the instrument has to be replaced by a MY04 instrument which is used in vehicles after breakpoint Ellesmere Port (Vectra C) ... 3 8 131726 and Rüsselsheim (Vectra C, Signum) ...3 1 157315 or the instrument has to be programmed to ECOService (fix).
Remark: If the repairing procedure is finished the service interval reset procedure has to be carried out via Tech 2 and all vehicle related trouble codes have to be deleted.

The costs for this repair will be covered for vehicles not older than 3 years and a mileage lower than 100.000 Km. The regular warranty procedure should be used for claiming Set-up-time.
