The centre seat for each of the 2nd and 3rd rows in the Combi is equipped with a three-point safety belt. The three-point safety belt replaces the lap safety belt installed in earlier versions of the Combi.
The safety belt assembly includes a mounting post and inertia reel. The mounting post is located between the centre seat and left seat of each of the 2nd and 3rd rows. Each bench seat base is 60 mm longer to accommodate the mounting post.
The mounting post is secured to the floor, which is provided with a new mounting and additional reinforcement in way of the mounting.
