| Complaint: | Certain programming functions within the Body Control Module (BCM) are not possible with TECH 2 due to a bug in the latest release of TECH 2 software. This is commonly associated with the TECH 2 warning of low battery voltage even though the actual battery voltage is confirmed as OK. |

Remedy:
To overcome the fault you will need to reinstate the software V14.804 (TIS 2000-DVD 68).
In very urgent cases contact ETAC and ask for pre-released software (TECH 2 S/W 15.005).
Software version V15.100 (as of TIS 2000-DVD 71) will obviously include the bug fix when released to the retailers.
Please remember it is normal for the BCM to display the battery voltage at approximately 0.7 volts lower than system voltage but without the error message on Tech 2.
