| Complaint: | The mirrors do not move back to the drive position at the first try. |
| Cause: | The relay for mirror control permits a new operation only after 5.5+/-1.0 seconds, in order to ensure protection against overheating. |

The electric remote control rear view mirror does not move back to the drive position at the first try (four or five tries are necessary). This occurs just as if the ignition is switched off right after folding the mirrors. If the driver waits approx. 6 seconds after folding the mirrors before turning off the ignition, the system will work correctly the next time the ignition is switched on. This occurs because the relay for the control of mirror folding permits a new operation only after 5.5+/-1.0 second, in order to ensure protection against overheating.
